There are different bases for customized beach flags depending on the use and the positioning of the flag. The beach flags can be used both indoors and outdoors. In case of wind the structure is free to rotate thanks to the rotating mechanism integrated in each base of the beachflag carbon line. The customized beach flags ALU are made entirely of aluminum. The upper part is made with a pre-curved mast in order to support the flag avoiding breackage. The tubular structure is equipped with clip-lock sustem that guarantee maximum safety and speed in the assembly / disassembly of the structure.
No keys are required for assembly, setting up the beach flag is quick and easy. Custom advertising flagpole flags
The two most common types of flagpoles are with pulley or with swiveling upper arm. Each flagpole requires a flag with a custom finish. A reinforcement tape is always sewn on the vertical side of the pole, and then all the accessories necessary for fixing are applied. Depending on the structure, we finish the flag with plastic or metal carabiners, plastic or metal eyelets, velcro or fabric laces, cords. In the case of flagpoles with a swiveling upper arm, we realize a hemmed pocket of suitable diameter; the hemmed pocket can be opened on both sides, or closed on the outside. For special packages the hemmed pocked can be reinforced with a double fabric.
The uses of the flagpole flags are the most varied. They are mainly used in the automotive sector. We print flags with the logos of the car manufacturers or the various dealerships.
Another typical use is for institutional flagpoles. The flagpoles are positioned outside the companies to give greater visibility to their brand. Often the flagpoles are more than one, so the flag printed with the company logo are added with other graphics such as country flags, state flags, municipal flags etc.
The flag are digitally printed, using the sublimation process. For large quantities, and for graphics with few number of colors, it may be appropriate to screen-print the advertising flags.

The most common fabrics for making flags are the nautico flag fabric or mesh flag. The mesh fabric is chosen in case the flag must be placed in very windy places, and with bad weather conditions. The holes allow to reduce the impact of the wind on the fabric, guarantee of a longer life than the nautical flag.

The maximum print height of the single piece is: 320 cm for the nautical flag fabric, 310 cm for the mesh fabric, for the desired length. In the case of productions with higher heights, junction sewing will be made. Thanks to this large printing area we can cover all needs in the production of customized flags.
After the printing process, the fabric is cut and made.
For the finishes you can apply eyelets, carabiners, hemmed pocket, tapes, cords, laces, keder, and reinforcement seams.
